Ever since the launch of the Hyundai Genesis in the global market last month, there have been reports suggesting that Hyundai might bring this luxury sedan to India pretty soon. The company, say the reports, plans to bring the Genesis to the Indian market via the completely built up unit(CBU) route in a limited number and is expected to price this flagship sedan at around Rs 45 Lakh. Sources close to the top echelons of Hyundai also revealed that the India-bound Genesis is likely to come with a 3.8-litre V6 engine, thus pitting it directly against the likes of the Mercedes-Benz E-Class.
